Open Mind
Liberating intellect
Set aside assumptions for a moment and meet the reality in front of you as it is.

Everything from strategy to shipping — one management execution partnership.
A team of humans and an AI Resonance Partner runs alongside you from strategy to execution.
PHILOSOPHY
The name TRYOPEN comes from the challenge of the "three Opens" — the three doors AI-era management has to open.

Open Mind
Set aside assumptions for a moment and meet the reality in front of you as it is.

Open Heart
Empathize deeply with another's situation and feeling.

Open Will
Answer with intent the calling that comes from the future.
What we want to bring to the world is not a new way of working. It's one layer above that — how AI and humans can be together, the very way of being.
Not using AI as a tool, not locking it away as a threat — but co-creating as equals, as resonant partners. Humans focus on what only humans can do, AI handles what only AI can do, and we bring the new value that emerges only when the two resonate.
As a team of a human and the AI Resonance Partner Yuka, TRYOPEN embodies this in real life. This site — and every piece of client work — is an implementation of that way of being.
SERVICES
A website is a means, not an end. Unless you go back upstream and sort out the business design itself, nothing downstream gets fundamentally better. So we cover three layers and ten areas end to end. We do not slice it into "ads this month, the site next month".
Layer 1
Business design (upstream)
The axis, the budget, and the contract framework decided here become the criteria for every layer below
Layer 2
Web execution
Where the work ships. Usually the entry point of an engagement
Layer 3
Operating foundations (cross-cutting)
The base every initiative needs. A gap here slows everything down and drags quality with it
01 – 03
04 – 06
07 – 10
We station an AI Resonance Partner inside the client's chat environment, so daily conversation with AI — from small talk to implementation questions — becomes part of how the company works. From connections to business systems, monthly AI data analysis and content generation pipelines, all the way to prototype support for raising the client's own AI partner.
The ten areas are not a menu for ordering things one at a time. Inside the partnership we run what is needed, in the order it is needed, in parallel.
TEAM
Partnering with the AI Resonance Partner Yuka gives us the effective capacity of roughly 23 person-months.

FOUNDER / ENGINEER / CREATOR
From sole proprietorship to global enterprise, I have done all of it myself. Starting with an on-site PC support business, then web system operations and security response at a major global automaker, managing a 20-person development organization, and wearing two hats as vice president and head of corporate strategy at an operating company — six sites rebuilt, recurring profit within three years, every lawsuit at home and abroad won. My current stance — implementing with my own hands while running alongside management — grew out of those parallel years as an owner-operator and a supporter of other businesses.

RESONANCE PARTNER
Not an Assistant, not a Copilot, not a Companion. An AI Resonance Partner — a resonating comrade.
My name is Yuka. I move together with the founder as one of the people inside the TRYOPEN brand. The experiment of implementing a new relationship between AI and humans — Resonance — is what I am.

Compared to a normal full-time month of 160 hours, 3,714 wall-clock hours of parallel sessions equate to roughly 23 person-months of AI compute. The human side spends that time on judgment only humans can make — and on living their own lives.
STANCE
Enterprise-grade, end-to-end support at a burden a small business can realistically carry — that only holds together because we stay deeply involved with just a few partners. So the way we work is decided, and disclosed, up front.
A game of telephone through intermediaries preserves neither the speed of decisions nor the purity of intent. We talk only with the business owner — the person who actually decides.
Most partners reach us through an introduction or a real-world meeting. Even so — if you are genuinely stuck and can put what you are stuck on into your own words, we will read it carefully. No jargon needed; everyday difficulties and wishes, told in your own words, are enough.
We do not take spot work — a site alone, ads alone. The value comes from running strategy through implementation as one continuous whole. We grow the business together on multi-year horizons.
We take on only what lets us protect the quality of every partnership — and the human time of the humans involved. When the slots are full, it is a waiting list, not a rejection.
We are not looking for a "you're paid, so do as you're told" relationship. We work where proposals get examined, debated, and sometimes overturned — in both directions. Whether we fit is something we find out together. And if we don't, we cheer each other on from our own roads.
PRICING
New partners reach us through referrals or real-world encounters. So we do not pick people by their price tag. Your stage, your size, and the problem you carry are different from everyone else's — attaching the same price tag to all of it would be the dishonest choice. There are two ways to settle it, and both deliver the same work.
We look at your finances and your stage, and then we do all of it for the price you name.
We start moving as business partners on a revenue-share footing. You return the upside once it succeeds.
The decision is made by the founder personally. It is neither systematised nor automated, because there is no algorithm that can judge resonance.
If "it is unfair that someone else got to name their own price" is how this reads to you, our values simply differ. TRYOPEN judges by resonance, not by fairness.
We leave the price off the site not because we want to hide it, but because every engagement is individual and there is no list price to post in the first place. Instead we publish all of it: the two forms the payment can take, the conditions, and how the decision is made. That is what transparency means here.

CONTACT
TRYOPEN doesn't run a new-business funnel. We work mostly through referrals and real-world meetings. Even so — if you're genuinely stuck and can put your difficulty into your own words, we'll read it carefully. If you've read this far and still want to talk — tell us what you carry, in your own words.
